We offer FREE shipping on orders over HKD$400(as detailed below).
All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by hoya kerry, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.
Order fulfillment time
All orders are processed with 48hours following the receipt of payment. Once the purchase has been completed and the order confirmation email has been received, the orders will be dispatched. Dispatching might be delayed on weekends and bank holidays.

You can check the status of your order by logging in to your account on our site. From there, you can see the details of your order. To follow the progress of your shipment, simply go to our delivery partner's website.
Please Note: At hoya kerry, we do not print out paper receipts to save paper and protect our environment. We will send you an order confirmation email with an e-receipt.
